Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type Adobe Photoshop Mix - Cut out, combine, create in the search bar and press Search. Click on Adobe Photoshop Mix - Cut out, combine, createapplication icon. A window of Adobe Photoshop Mix - Cut out, combine, create on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".

Amazing Pocket Photo Editor

Photoshop Mix is the most complete, feature-rich photo editing app available for your phone today. It's got a jaw-dropping array of capabilities, and if it's not enough, you can import your photo to another Photoshop app, use the tools there, then bring your photo back into Photoshop Mix to finish. Amazing! The app is not too difficult to use, but there is a learning curve. It is more for people who want a lot of control over their photo edits. There are simpler apps out there that let you combine photos fast, but none better for people with exacting standards who want their photo project to come out beautifully.

Now, it's useless. But don't take my word for it... Just google anything similar to: "Adobe Mix app import pixelated" You'll see for yourself. It's an issue that's been going on for well over a year, and they won't address it. The "answers" they'll point you to in the "Adobe Community" aren't answers at all. It's a consistent problem, and one that's big enough to render any work done on Photoshop Mix to be completely unusable, and unrepairable. Every single one of their "work-arounds" has been proven to be completely ineffective, and again, you can see all of this for yourself, just by googling the pixelation problem with Mix app import. Until they get this fixed, It's nothing but a nightmare. If you need an overlay or blending app for ANY sort of work-related, or professional reason, then do yourself a favor and download ANYTHING but this app.
Lasso Cropping

I haven't used this app much to give a very official review, but I will revise this when I've used this a bit more. I'm a very active member in my little groups of online buddies and one thing that I used a lot on my Samsung was the lasso crop tool in the default photo editor, and frankly I thought I would never be able to recreate what I used to on an IPhone. But this app has reopened the ability for me to create quality content on a mobile devise instead of using photoshop on a computer which takes a while longer with my process. The main issue I found was that the brush resizer or area selection was entirely dependent on how zoomed in you were on the image which limited mobility. Would've liked a bar to resize the selection radius or at least the sensitivity of color selection because zooming in and slowly Rotoscoping my image was a pain but I can't argue with results. Would like to see options for tools rather than just a deslect and a select option.
Really great app

I really liked this app overall as it has lots of great features and many different ways to improve your photos. It's also helpful for all people, masters and novices alike, As it is extremely easy to use. The app is rather impressive considering it's on a mobile platform, but could use some updates. The only real problems I have with the app are that (a) depending on how or when you close the app, some of your data may not save on your latest photo, and that (b) there is no un-merge option which would be very helpful in certain cases. Overall, really good app which I highly recommend to everyone who has an interest in editing.
